Aamir Khan shares interesting update on Sitaare Zameen Par’s release date & climax

During the Republic Day 2025 celebrations at the Statue of Unity in Gujarat, Aamir Khan provided major updates about the film and revealed that the climax of Sitaare Zameen Par was filmed in Vadodara. Aamir reflected on his connection to the state, sharing, “When I was young, many of my father’s films were shot in Gujarat… Today, all those memories have come rushing back.”

He noted the significant changes in Vadodara since his childhood. He mentioned, “There are many luxurious buildings now, and the roads have improved significantly. A lot of changes have taken place in this area since then.”

Aamir teased a tentative release date for the film, saying, “My next film as a lead actor is Sitaare Zameen Par. We are trying to release it by the end of this year, on the occasion of Christmas.” He described the film as an entertaining one with a story that he liked.

Aamir shooting in Gujarat

During the Republic Day 2025 celebrations, Aamir revealed that the climax of Sitaare Zameen Par was shot in Vadodara, Gujarat. He reminisced about his childhood visits to the state. He said, “When I was young, many of my father’s films were shot in Gujarat.”
